Awesome turnout for womens self defense..Women from college students to grand mothers learned a handful of simple effective techniques to defend against punches, hair grabs, mounted attacks and more. Thank you for the enthusiastic participation hope to see you at the next one.

Lynn Blumberg who fought up in weight and rank and did her best taking 3rd place
Jacquline Clark also took 3rd place congrats to them and may the continue to train hard cant wait to see them earn their first Gold.

In 14-17 year old Black Belt Division Mr. Sanchez and Mr. Palidino both lost to ETC friend and eventual Gold Medalist Mr. E. Grant..both did and awesome job..Mr Sanchez taking silver and Mr. Palidino taking 3rd. We are looking forward to a great tournament year..
