Exceptional Tae Kwon Do Center is the NorthEast Regional Headquarters for the Bardatsos Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do Training Centers. Led by Master Peter Bardatsos, seven time USA National Team member, USA national team Coach, member of Bejing 2008 Olympics Tae Kwon Do Delegation, coach of multiple past and present elite Tae Kwon Do players and considered to be one of the top minds in the sport today.
These seminars are run one Sunday Monthly,
as permitted by tournament schedules
Age/belt requirements: 8+ / orange belt or higher
All USAT Nationals winners and team members (14+ black belts) within the last three years are admitted at no charge. The seminar consists of endurance, paddle and partner drills, sparring strategies and sparring sessions with some of the worlds greatest. Please register for these events in advance as the spaces are limited to the first 40 people. Sessions are run in separate groups for ages when time allows.
